Standard shipping charges are as follows:

For shipping and handling within the Continental US, please apply $10.95 per item. Orders will be shipped via ground service. Express shipping available. Please apply $29.95 for 2-Day Air and $55.95 Next Day delivery.

For shipping and handling to Alaska or Hawaii, please apply $29.95 per item. Orders will be shipped via 2-Day service.

Shipping & Taxes
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm PT. Most in-stock orders are shipped in 1 business day of when the order is received (no Saturday delivery). Express delivery orders received by 2 pm PT will be processed that same business day unless otherwise notified. Orders with several pieces may not always arrive in one package. Arrival time may vary by location however, please allow up to seven to ten business days. During promotional times, shipping can take 5 business days. All orders within the Continental United States are shipped by UPS Ground or Fedex. Shipping charges are based per item per selected shipping method (Standard Ground, Next day or 2nd Day delivery excludes Saturday delivery). Orders are taxable with in the state of California!!! Please Note: We do not ship to PO Box.

International Shipping
We are able to ship our products to many countries worldwide. To obtain a price quote for international shipping email us at sales@quickpad.com, call us at 800.373-8181 or fax us 650-964-2426. We will need your country and postal code as well as the items you are interested in purchasing. The customer will be responsible to pay any taxes or tariffs due once the products arrive in their particular country.

Secure Ordering
All online transactions at the QuickPAD Technology website are handled with industry standard encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted accross the Internet in a scrambled form, then decoded when it gets to us.

Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, return the items back to us within 30 days for a product refund, as long as the product is in its original packaging, accompanied with original invoice and a RMA #. All returned orders are subject the shipping cost with no restocking fee. QuickPAD Technology cannot be held responsible for damages caused to items improperly packaged by customers. Return credit will be issued in the original form of payment. All returns MUST first obtain a return mechandise authorization number (RMA). You can get a RMA by contacting us at 800-373-8181 during our normal office hours or email us at sales@quickpad.com. Orders that are canceled before items are shipped will recieve a full credit.
